Timothy Olyphant Insists on Having His Picture Taken With Me

OK, it wasn’t like he saw me on the street and ran up to me and said “Are you who I think you are? Can I get a picture with you?” It was the opposite. He was filming the FX drama Damages in my neighborhood and I was getting pictures for my other website, Filming In Brooklyn. I asked him if I could get a picture, and he was very gracious and said yes, but only if I would be in it with him. Since the picture was for FIB I didn’t want to be in it. No offense to him, he was really nice. But on FIB I want to be behind the camera. So, I’m posting the picture here. He looks too good not to post it somewhere.
So, here’s my question: It’s a 90-degree day, he’s been shooting a scene wearing a long-sleeve shirt, why does he look cool while I look greasy and shiny? Seriously, my hair was sticking to my head, and I was sweating everywhere. I felt bad for him having to put his arm around me, because he was dry. How is that possible? I like to think as movie and TV stars as regular people with extraordinary jobs. But come on, the ability not to sweat in that kind of heat? That’s super human.

And T.O. does look HOT (in the not-sweaty way). Much better than I’ve ever seen him on film. You’ve got guts–I could never approach one of these guys.

That made me laugh! Yeah, if only…I’m sure my husband wouldn’t be offended to read that either, as he’s probably wishing I looked a bit more like Cameron Diaz and a bit less like…OK, I don’t want to insult anyone by putting a name to that!
