You’re right about the low-cal thing — I’ve been eating more vegetarian lately. As for Buffalo, now that I know you’re *coming*, you can always come over to my house and eat broccoli quesadillas. (I eat them at least 2x a week now, I am hooked.)

@Toni – Wow, Toni! Can I come?! Broccoli quesadillas sound wonderful! :)
I feel your Mighty Taco cravings, Amy. The Three Cheese Nacho Burrito is my kryptonite. Stay strong!

You really can’t beat that sour cream gun they use to make the pretty sour cream dollops on your nachos :)

@Alfonzo – The quesadillas are Amy’s invention. She made one for me while I was visiting. It’s just tortillas, chopped broccoli, taco cheese and sour cream. Warmed over low heat. Very yummy.

@Cara – OK, talk about needing gun control! That thing should be outlawed. If I had one of those things I would shoot myself in the mouth repeatedly. Sounds like a fantastic way to die!

When I worked at Arby’s I used to grab curly fries out of the bin and stick a handful right under the hot cheese machine. Got many burns that way, but totally worth it!

@Toni – I also put a T of taco sauce on mine, but The Ass thinks that’s gross. He always wants me to put sauteed onions and peppers and other stuff in it, and while I like that stuff in regular quesadillas, I think it ruins a chopped broccoli one. Plus, the beauty of these are that they’re quick to make – if you have to chop and sautee a bunch of veggies it would take too long!

I just realized I spelled “Mighty Taco” wrong- twice! Left off the y both times. Must’ve been the drool on the keyboard.
