		<description>I completely agree with you. It&#039;s an important thing for them to learn, along with the &quot;get back up on the horse&quot; lesson.

Did we talk about that book/study a month or two ago? They noted that kids who are praised just for their talent are running into problems in that, if they try something and fail, they just shut down &amp; walk away, thinking, &quot;I must not be good at that, so I won&#039;t do it.&quot; But if they&#039;re praised for their effort, and they try something &amp; don&#039;t succeed, they more than likely will try again, because they&#039;ve learned that doing well takes work.
