    Wow good luck!! I’m so curious to see how this turns out. It sounds like it takes a lot of discipline to make sure you get enough naps in.

      @Cara Robinson: I’ve been thinking a lot about the schedule. The first couple of nights I was staying up until 4am and then getting up at my regular time, but starting tonight I’m going to go to bed at 1 and get up at four. I think that will allow the naps to be at times that work better with my schedule – right after the kids go to school, right before they get home, and then after dinner.

    You are vary brave to try out that sleep experiment. I’d love to do it, however I can’t take naps during the day.. even if it’s in a really dark room. I’ll keep checking back to see how it goes! Good luck. :)

      @Desiree: I think that’s the thing I have going for me (besides working from home most days): the ability to fall asleep in weird places. I fall asleep on the subway all the time, and a couple weeks ago a friend found me asleep in a booth at a Chuck-E-Cheese type of place, not exactly the best environment for a nap. :-)
