Common advice that has worked for other people - eating less as the day goes on, using Weight Watchers, giving up cheese, giving up dessert - wouldn&#039;t work for me. And in the case of giving up cheese and dessert, I would be miserable! So if the 800 calories seems hard the first few times, just keep reworking it until you find a combination that works for you.]]></description>
